I always think public holidays on the weekend are such a waste. Those who usually work weekdays are probably off anyway, and those who usually have to open on weekends are probably gonna be open. Only those who work halfdays will really have any fun.
But as someone who works all sorts of irregular hours, this doesn’t bother me much at all. What does bother me is how crowded everything is. Malls are packed. Carparks are insane. People are everywhere. Errgh.
But today that’s cool. There’s a load of people in Pavilion, standing in the sun, watching me and some other very groovy people do our bit for the environment by planting a tree. And getting sweaty while we’re at it.
Labouring today ftw.

btw, saw you at the GP Fashion Pitstop at Pavillion last month. was tempted to say hi but when i finally plucked up enough courage (after a few champangnes) to talk to you you had left. :(

Wow man, if it wasn’t for this tree God only onlys how messed up the environment would be. Keep it up mate!
